The National Humor Foundation invites you to the 26th International Humor Exhibition of Piauí/Brazil, which takes place at Clube dos Diários, 4 de Setembro Theater, Pedro II Square, Central de Artesanato, Antonino Freire Avenue, Liberdade Square, São Benedito Square, São Benedito Church’s churchyard and Frei Serafim Avenue, from 1st to 07th of July 2009. The cartoons must be sent up to June 24th 2009
