Dear colleagues, the cartoon as a tool for transformation and consciousness. Tool that breaks paradigms must be where ideas meet and confront.
They must be where change happens we dream that we draw a line each.
In this seventh edition of the International Cartoon Contest in the festival of brilliant minds, the Festival de la Ciudad de las Ideas seek the cartoon continue to have that encounter with minds that are changing the world.
We want to be like allies who are inspired, that ideas move.
There are two ways of being in the world, as a follower or transcend.
We want you to be part of the change, change agent, we want your mark.
