Tamer Youssef who was born in Cairo 1974, is an Internationally recognized Egyptian cartoonist , illustrator and caricaturist. He began working for local newspapers at an early age. My work has appeared in Al-Ahram Daily Newspaper, Al-Mossawer Magazine, Le Progrés Egyptien Newspaper, The Egyptian Gazette Newspaper, Live Colors Magazine, Egypt Today Magazine, Al Ahram Hebdo Newspaper, La Revue d’Egypt Magazine, Al-Ahram Weekly Newspaper in Egypt, as well as in publications in France, Romania, and the United States. His work has been shown in Egypt, Korea, France, Cyprus, USA, Germany, Croatia, Slovenia EU, Holland, Macedonia, Italy, Iran, Poland, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Australia, Japan, Syria and Taiwan. He won Different Awards in Taiwan, Korea, Cyprus and Egypt.He organized so many international cartoon events in Egypt such as:

• The Environmental Cartoon Competition - Cairo 1998• Cairo International Cartoon Competition - Cairo 2003

• Bonjour la Caricature! - Alexandria 2003

• Skarton Cartoon! - Cairo 2009that’s why I invite the most important cartoonists around the world to attend my events such:

• Jean Plantu (French cartoonist of Le Monde).

• Dr. Mark Briant – England (Secretary of the London Press Club).• Tayo Fatunla (Nigerian Cartoonist illustrator and Cartoon tutor creator of the popular OUR ROOTS).He's currently vice president of the Federation of Cartoonists Organizations (FECO) – Egypt Group and representative of the Cartoonists Rights Network International (CRNI), As well I'm member of:
